2. Voluntary Participation

Participation in activities is entirely voluntary.

• I affirm that I and/or my child am in suitable physical and mental condition to safely engage in these activities.
• I understand the nature of the events and activities and choose to participate freely and without pressure.

3. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that the activities—including trampoline use, obstacle courses, and arcade games—carry certain inherent risks, such as:

• Minor or serious injuries (e.g., sprains, fractures, bruises)
• Emotional distress or trauma
• Permanent injury or death

I accept these risks and understand that no amount of supervision or safety protocol can completely eliminate them.

4. Participant Responsibilities

I agree to:

• Follow all rules posted on-site and instructions given by Kiddos Space staff
• Ensure that I and/or my child behave safely and respectfully toward others
• Understand that failure to follow rules may lead to increased risk or removal from the premises

5. Medical Conditions and Emergency Treatment

I accept full responsibility for any known or unknown medical conditions affecting me or my child. I agree to bear any medical expenses incurred due to injury or emergency during participation.

6. Health & Safety Notice

I understand that Kiddos Space is a shared environment and, despite sanitation efforts, may expose participants to viruses or illnesses including COVID-19. I voluntarily assume all such risks and waive claims relating to illness or infection.

7. Alcohol and Substance Use

I agree not to participate in any activity while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances. I understand that doing so increases risk and voids the protections of this waiver.

8. Dress Code

• Grip socks are required in all active play areas; shoes are not permitted.
• Clothing should allow free and safe movement.
• Reasonable accommodations for medical or accessibility needs will be considered if requested in advance.

9. Media Release

I grant Kiddos Space permission to photograph, video, or record me and/or my child, and to use those materials for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation or further approval.

10. Severability

If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full effect.

11. Parent or Guardian Acknowledgment

If signing for a minor, I confirm that I have legal authority to do so, and I agree to accept full responsibility for any claims arising from the child’s participation in Kiddos Space activities.

12. Parental Responsibilities & Facility Disclaimer

• Parents or guardians must stay on the premises to accompany their children at all times. Kiddos Space is not responsible for any incidents or issues that occur with the child during the activities; all risks are assumed by the parent or guardian.
• Parents are responsible for keeping track of time. If the allotted time is exceeded, additional overtime fees will apply according to our policy.
• Please keep your personal belongings safe. Kiddos Space is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

13. Validity of Waiver

I understand and agree that this waiver and all its terms shall remain valid for the listed participants for one month from the date of signing. During this period, only the named participants may enter the facility without resubmitting. If bringing a new child or after one month, a new waiver must be completed.

14. Accuracy of Provided Information

I confirm that all participant information provided in this waiver is true and accurate. I understand that if I provide false or incomplete information, including bringing unlisted children, I accept full responsibility for any resulting injury or damages, and Kiddos Space shall bear no liability.
